Anne: Are your characters based off real people or did they all come entirely from your imagination?
Olivia: Hilarious question. The answer is both. I definitely have a character resembling my ex-husband—he doesn’t have a lot of redeeming qualities. I’m also inspired by my daddy because he has so many good lines. I jot them down in my planner to save for later. He’s also great in bed so that’s also inspiration for my naughty books. One quote from him that I used is “You are my joy, kitten.” I find that so simple, yet deep. Like him. And no, I’m not talking about my father (Olivia winks).
